One of the most common questions we hear is: “Is yoga safe when I’m pregnant?” The answer is a resounding yes — when practised mindfully and with proper guidance.

Prenatal yoga is tailored to your changing body. It focuses on breath awareness, gentle movement, and stretches that relieve tension in the lower back, hips and shoulders. It’s also a fantastic way to boost circulation, reduce inflammation and support lymphatic drainage — all of which can help ease common pregnancy discomforts.
