Build flexibility, strength, tone and sculpt the entire body in a slow and controlled way. You will be feeling toned in places you didn’t even know existed! Pilates is a low-intensity muscle-strengthening workout that focuses heavily on building strong core muscles.
The low-intensity, muscle-strengthening workout promotes flexibility, mobility, muscle toning and better posture. It can be used as a base for more advanced strength training or as a vigorous workout in itself. One thing is certain, you will leave feeling toned in places you never knew existed!

Rachel Healy
Rachel’s passion for teaching and helping others is felt the moment you step on the mat with her. Her goal is to create a warm, inviting and non-intimidating space for her students. Rachel received her yoga teacher training in 2017 and has been teaching ever since. She is also a qualified mat Pilates instructor, Breath-Work coach and Mindfulness Facilitator after her MBCT/MBSR training in Mindfulness – Based Cognitive Therapy. Rachel looks forward to welcoming you to the mat.
