Yin & Restorative
A slow, meditative, deep tissue release to enhance mobility and flexibility. Ideal for Athlete’s or those in need of a slower pace.
Poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, its goals are awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality. This style of yoga is suitable for athletes or those in need of a more meditative and deep tissue practice. It is a more passive approach to yoga and has a very calming and grounding effect on the practitioner.
