Mindful Art Therapy with Brigid Nee
Mindful art therapy is a type of therapy that combines mindfulness techniques with the creative process of making art. It allows practitioners to access Mindfulness in a more creative way and is a lovely alternative to meditation. The workshop begins with a gentle grounding meditation followed by art creating session in silence. Participants are invited to place their artwork on the ground in a circle. If they’re comfortable with it, they can share their experience of the art making process, and any reflections they have on their artwork.
